Film output is only one of our specialties. If you require film masters with superior accuracy on 7 mil film, we have an array of equipment to suit your needs. We can image lines as thin as .0004" and resolutions from 5,000 dpi to 20,000 dpi (1.25 micron dpi) are available.
For BGAs, chip scale components, and lead frames, resolutions of 10,000 and 20,000 dpi are appropriate. For more conventional PCB’s, 5,000 and 10,000 dpi are adequate. Our plotters have local accuracy of .08 mil (2 microns) and overall accuracy on film of better than .5 mil (12.5 µ m), making them capable of addressing the most demanding applications.
For membrane switches, keypads, nameplates, front panels, dies, maps & more, we offer the inexpensive option of 7 mil film using resolution choices from 5000 dpi to 10000 dpi.
